Overview

This highly interactive five-day course prepares learners for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam launching in July 2026. The course reflects modern project delivery practices, focusing on value creation, strategic alignment, and real-world decision-making in complex and fast-changing environments.

The course is structured around the three PMP® exam domains: people, process, and business environment. These domains balance leadership capability, technical project management expertise, and strategic awareness. Learners will gain the knowledge and confidence required to apply project management principles across predictive, agile, and hybrid delivery approaches.

Achieving PMP® certification demonstrates proven capability in leading and delivering projects effectively. It is widely recognised as a global benchmark for project management excellence and supports career progression, increased earning potential, and professional credibility.

Pre-course learning
Before attending the course, learners are provided with a QA-authored study guide and interactive online learning content. This introduces key PMP® concepts including processes, knowledge areas, and process groups.

  • Pre-course learning duration is up to 15 hours
  • Includes bite-sized activities to reinforce understanding
  • Prepares learners for maximum engagement during the course

Learners are encouraged to allow additional study time beyond the course. Successful candidates typically spend two to three months preparing for the PMP® exam.
