Our hands-on classroom courses are led by an experienced learning professional in one of our QA learning centres, partner locations, or delivered direct at your business premises.

How QA's classroom learning works

 

More than 30 years of training experience has shown us that the quality of your environment has a huge impact on how successfully you learn. We design our learning centres from scratch to be comfortable and well-equipped so that you can focus on your training.

All QA learning centres provide free high-speed Wi-Fi, complimentary refreshments, a comfortable lounge to relax in between sessions, state-of-the-art personal workstations, and IT labs facilities for relevant courses.

We have conducted Covid-19 risk assessments and have reopened our doors in line with government guidance in a proportional and reasonable manner, where the safety of our learners, staff and visitors is of paramount importance. Read about all QA's Covid-19 safety measures here.

Step 1

After purchasing a classroom course you will receive booking confirmation, detailed course info, directions to the learning centre, and all necessary pre-reading materials.

Upon arrival at the learning centre you will be registered by our friendly reception staff and shown to the training room.

The course will be split into multiple sessions, with short breaks in between where you can enjoy free Wi-Fi and refreshments in a relaxing lounge area.

Throughout the course you will be provided with detailed courseware and hand-outs to assist your learning.

Towards the end of the course there will be plenty of time for detailed Q&As with the learning professional.

Following the course you can complete a course evaluation form to give detailed feedback on your experience and help us to make future improvements.
