Overview
This BCS Foundation Certificate in Digital Business Change is designed for anyone involved in or affected by change initiatives required to deliver business benefit. For example:
- Gain an entry-level qualification by understanding the processes and techniques used in delivering business change.
- Develop skills and knowledge to support successful business change programmes within your organisation.
- Understand how to design business changes effectively, including the organisational, people, information, technology and process aspects.
- The Certificate counts towards the International Diploma in Business Analysis as one of the available knowledge based options.
Prerequisites
There are no entry requirements for this certification.

- The foundation certificate is for people who want to gain a deep understanding of the many processes, framework, and techniques needed to implement successful business change.

Exam Requirements
If you are taking a BCS exam you must have photographic identification (passport, driving license or student card), as it is a BCS requirement to produce it for the invigilator prior to the exam. Failure to produce a valid form of photographic identification will result in a candidate not being able to sit the exam. Reasonable Adjustments Policy
BCS allow additional time for candidates who have a disability or whose native language differs to that of the examination paper. Examination
All BCS exams are delivered as Remote Proctored. Learners will log into their QuestionMark portal and schedule their exam for any time that suits them at a later date. This must be sat only after 5pm on the final day of the course.
