QA PRINCE2 Exam Insurance means you will be able to come on the same public course at a later date to resit your exam. If you fail the same exam three times, we will refund your course fee.

QA Limited's terms and conditions of business for PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner

These terms are specific to the following instructor led courses only:

PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner

1. Introduction

1.1  These specific terms and conditions ("Specific Terms") are applicable to all QA's public scheduled PRINCE2 training courses at QA training centres (each, a "PRINCE2 Course") and shall apply in addition to the T&Cs (located here).

1.2  All capitalised terms used in these Specific Terms shall have the meaning given to those terms in the T&Cs unless otherwise defined herein. If there is any inconsistency between these Special Terms and the T&Cs, these Special Terms shall take precedence.

2. Access to Lecturer

2.1  QA shall provide the Client with access to a relevant PRINCE2 Course lecturer (the "Lecturer") for the period ending 3 months after the relevant PRINCE2 Course start date.

2.2  Where the Client submits an enquiry to a Lecturer through QA, QA shall use reasonable efforts to acknowledge such enquiry within 2 Working Days.

3. Free Retakes

3.1  It is a condition of these Special Terms that the Client acknowledges and accepts that:

   3.1.1  a PRINCE2 Course can only be taken as a combined five day foundation and practitioner course to be eligible for "Free Retakes";

   3.1.2  all contracts between QA and the Client for PRINCE2 Courses have been signed on or after 1^st May 2012; and

   3.1.3  it must complete the relevant PRINCE2 Course in full in order to be eligible for the benefits set out in clauses 3.2 to 3.5 inclusive.

3.2  As part of the PRINCE2 Courses the Client is required to sit exams (each, an "Exam"). Where the Client fails an Exam, subject to clause 3.3, QA will pay for the Client to take a re-take of such Exam (or part thereof) (a "Free Retake").

3.3  QA will pay for the Client to take a maximum of two Free Retakes across the PRINCE2 Course that the Client has taken. All Free Retakes must be taken within 3 months of the Client sitting the first failed Exam.

3.4  Prior to sitting a Free Retake, on QA's direction, the Client must:

   3.4.1  re-attend the applicable part/s of the relevant PRINCE2 Course; and/or

   3.4.2  attend another relevant PRINCE2 Course, to which the Free Retake relates. Such re-attendance or attendance in preparation of a Free Retake shall be at QA's cost.

3.5  Where the Client fails the second Free Retake, QA shall offer the Client a refund of the relevant PRINCE2 Course fee, less the cost of any Free Retakes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Client may choose to take a further retake of an Exam, however any further retakes shall be at the Client's own cost and the Client shall not be eligible for a refund of its PRINCE2 Course fees.

3.6  For the avoidance of doubt, the Client cannot take the practitioner PRINCE2 exam until it has successfully passed the PRINCE2 foundation exam.

4. Pre-course eLearning

4.1  Unauthorised sharing, copying and reproduction  is strictly prohibited and we take steps to recover loss of revenue due to intellectual property theft.
