How QA's online learning works
Our online courses are extremely flexible and allow you to learn in your own time, at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home, office, or on your mobile device. Online courses take the form of interactive software designed for individual learning, but you will also have access to full support from our subject-matter experts for the duration of your course. When you book a QA online learning course you will receive immediate access to it through our e-learning platform and you can start to learn straight away, from any compatible device.

Step 1
Once a course has been booked it can be accessed at any time or place, even from mobile devices. Access to the online learning platform is valid for one year from the booking date.

Step 2
All courses are built around case studies and presented in an engaging format, which includes storytelling elements, video, audio and humour.

Step 3
Every case study is supported by sample documents and a collection of Knowledge Nuggets that provide more in-depth detail on the wider processes.

Step 4
You can email us questions at any time and our subject-matter experts will send you helpful replies as soon as possible.

Step 5
Following the course you can complete a course evaluation form to give detailed feedback on your experience and help us to make future improvements.
