Adam is responsible for the learning delivery teams in QAL. His focus is on ensuring we have the delivery capability and resources to meet our evolving customer requirements, whilst maintaining high standards of delivery across the various specialist teams. Adam is an accredited Service Management professional working with QA since 2008, with over 20 years’ experience in the Service Management and learning industry. Prior to QA, Adam worked within the education and consultancy space, working for PinkRoccade, Getronics and Serco Solutions.
