He is driven by a commitment to helping address immediate and longer-term cyber skills shortages and bring a more diverse range of individuals and experiences into cyber through eco-system collaboration.

Richard is a member of the prestigious Offensive Security (OffSec) Advisory Board, a role he has held for over 4 years. He is a founding member of the international ISC2 Partner Advisory Committee (PAC), a crucial role to provide expert cyber security industry insights to the global certification body ISC2.
