QA Instructor wins Citrix Certified Instructor of the Year

23rd January 2013: QA's Senior Learning Consultant Tim Simonds has been named 2013's Citrix Certified Instructor of the Year for the UK and Europe.

The win is testament to QA's continued commitment to delivering excellence in Citrix training services and in Technical IT training more generally.  QA leads the way in Citrix training in the UK and is the only UK Citrix Authorised Learning Centre (CALC) to offer the entire Citrix curriculum. In addition, QA employs more than 50% of the UK's Citrix Certified Instructors (CCI), making the company a 'one stop shop' for all Citrix training and certification needs.

"Our instructors are the best in the business, and we are very pleased and proud that Tim has been recognised with this award win" says Jeff Barnes, Learning Director at QA "The award is based entirely on delegate feedback, and so this is a big tick of approval from our customers that we are continuing to deliver valuable learning to the right people, in the right way."

The award cements QA's position as a top Citrix training provider which delivers excellence in all aspects of the delegate experience - from a smooth booking process and quality pre course reading to excellent training facilities and instructors, right the way through to quality post-course support.

Talking of his win Tim Simonds explained that he was "completely gob-smacked and very happy! All of the Citrix instructors at QA work tirelessly to support our delegates in their learning and I am very pleased to have been singled out from such tough competition".

QA's full curriculum of Citrix courses can be found at .  The courses are run all over the UK, across QA's 26 regional centres.

Looking to the future Jeff Barnes concludes: "We look forward to continuing to host Citrix learners at our centres for an exceptional training experience, and promise all our customers and prospects a continued commitment to excellence in Technical IT training".
