Yesterday, QA employees joined partners Rackspace and AWS and over 15,000 other participants for the annual J.P.Morgan Corporate Challenge.

The venue for London was Battersea Park.  Some of us had completed the run last year, so knew what to expect, but nothing quite prepared us for the heat! Temperatures reached an uncomfortable 28 C, ideal for sunbathers relaxing in Battersea park but definitely not ideal for the runners.

The warm weather did not deter us, although it did make the run slightly challenging at times. However, the route around Battersea Park was pretty impressive and cheers from supporters kept us going.

Around 8pm ish, most of us had completed the race. We slowly made our way back to the hospitality tent for some well-deserved beers and a bite to eat. All in all, it was a great evening and something we hope to be part of again next year. Well done to everyone who participated and raising money for NSPCC and Cancer Research.
