What’s agile learning anyway?

Many of us have heard of agile projects: “fail early, fail fast, fail often, fail better”.

It might sound strange to aim for failure in your own learning, but agile learning mindsets are all about that. When we move faster, we accept failure gracefully as part of the process and show the resilience to keep going. The key is making sure you keep the learning along the way, whatever that may be.

Agile learning allows you to embrace these mindsets and processes. We will explore the Growth Mindset concept and how we can apply it to our lives and work to reap the rewards.
