Bringing young people into one of the most exciting, best-paid, careers around! This programme tackles the techniques and challenges of modern selling, and pits apprentices against the rigours of the QA sales-boot camp. A quick ticket to real-world success and sales survival.

The programme is designed to turn confident, friendly, 'people's people' into standout sales masters! It combines QA's boot camp and further training units with assessments in the workplace. Most training is in the first half of the apprenticeship to boost competence quickly.

The QA sales boot camp provides a high-intensity introduction to sales. It uses role play and simulation exercises to help you practise selling in a realistic environment.

Topics include:

  • Starting conversations
  • Objection handling
  • Influencing
  • A variety of techniques and styles

After this apprentices can develop with further QA units and by applying their company's own sales methods, systems and processes.

  • Salary: £8,000 - £13,000 commission
  • Duration: 12 - 14 months (95% work based with just 5% classroom training)
