Your journey as a QA tech specialist

1. Apply

Good news, the QA Talent application process is different – no CVs, covering letters or awkward assessment centres.

Our process gives you a glimpse into the world of a tech company and helps you understand what sort of situations and scenarios you might be faced with as a tech specialist.

We’re interested in what motivates you, what you are passionate about and how you handle certain situations – so there are no wrong answers. We all respond to situations differently and the process intends to help QA understand you. We’ll even send you a detailed feedback report afterwards that lists out your key strengths and identified areas for development.

Our experts assess your strengths and skills and match them to our expected customer needs. We tailor our training programmes so you're fully skilled in the right technology before you start work.

4. Employment
