This fast paced 1-day course looks at all aspects of QoS affecting converged telecommunications networks today. In particular it looks at QoS in ATM MPLS Ethernet and IP networks as well as looking at mechanisms used in VoIP and IPTV.

This course is also available as five extended live online modules each lasting half-a-day for those interested in just a particular aspect of Quality of Service in IP networks:

Prerequisites

A good understanding of IP networks which can be obtained by attending the supplier's courses 'Routing Protocol Principles - IP1306' and 'Multi Protocol Label Switching - IP1307.'
