How it works
Our virtual learning courses use WebEx web conferencing software by Cisco. Before you book you should check to ensure you meet the WebEx system requirements and run a test meeting to ensure the software is compatible with your firewall settings (if it doesn’t work you should adjust your settings or contact your IT department about permitting the website).
Just before the course begins you will be able to launch the software and familiarise yourself with the interface and how the virtual interactions work.
During each session you will be able to hear everything the learning professional is describing and view exactly what they are demonstrating, directly on your screen.
You can communicate with the learning professional during each session by audio (telephone or VoIP) and chat within the WebEx control panel.
Towards the end of the course there will be plenty of time for detailed Q&As with the learning professional.

Frequently asked questions
What is Virtual Learning?
In this fast paced world that we live in, people can’t always spend days away from their desk in a classroom. Virtual Learning delivers sessions without the need to leave your home or office.
Imagine you need to attend a training course, but it is far from home and you need to leave home earlier than normal.
Sometimes this doesn’t work for you.
Now imagine the same day attending a Virtual Session. The session starts at 9.30am, you switch on your PC at 9.20am and make a coffee while waiting for the session to start.
QA works with many organisations globally who recognise the advantages of Virtual Learning.
- Need to learn how to create Excel PivotTables?
- Need to learn how to retouch an image in Adobe Photoshop?
- Need to create a Visio Diagram?
- Need to create a complex Management Report in Word?
We have sessions for all the above and more.
You will not be watching a video or a podcast. You will work with your instructor on a live, interactive learning session.
