Windows Server 2012 – Are you ready?

You may not have even started thinking about Windows Server 2012, but you will do. Personally I believe this is the biggest evolution of the server OS from Microsoft and everyone should be looking at it, but I also wear rose tinted glasses. But with that said and with the way we have to plan and budget in these current economic climbs you should be as ready as you can possibly be.

Microsoft's free of charge assessment tool, the Microsoft Assessment Platform (7.0) comes to your rescue, this tool being free and agentless is incredibility easy to deploy into your network and will enable you to easily assess every server (physical or virtual) and understand if it can be upgraded or migrated to Windows Server 2012.  The tool will also provide a complete breakdown of all the hardware in each server and an application list for all the applications that are installed across the server estate from is database of 60,000 products.

Please review this very quick video showing the assessment in action, and if Windows Server 2012 is of interest please view this web page with our training offerings including two free of charge virtual sessions introducing Windows Server 2012.
