I was recently described as engaged and passionate when talking to a customer about management and leadership solutions, and that meant the world to me as I love what I do. I have always been involved in Learning and Development in one form or another and have been lucky to have had the opportunity to work across a large range of sectors. As well as leading an eLearning portfolio for many years, I have been an advocate of blended learning for as long as I can remember. Through working with some very talented people, I have been able to realise many fantastic solutions, and even won a couple of awards along the way with the teams I have worked with.
QA gives me the opportunity to work with a wide range of fascinating organisations and develop some amazing interventions that truly make an impact to individuals and the organisations they work in. As a team we are always sharing exciting new ideas with each other, striving to move our offer forward to always be ahead of the changing digital landscape that our customers are a part of. Management, Leadership and Personal Effectiveness is imperative to the success of every individual and every organisation, and I am always happy to talk to anyone to explain why!
