Portfolio Director – Digital Marketing

Emma is the Director of the Digital Marketing Portfolio at QA. She is a highly experienced Digital Marketing leader, bringing over 15 years of experience from the FMCG, eRetail, Entertainment and Telecommunications industries. Her areas of specialism include democratising and harnessing data and technology to answer complex commercial challenges, and re-defining major brand strategies for the age of digital and AI. She has delivered multiple omnichannel and data-driven marketing programs for brands like Amazon, Sky, NBCUniversal and BT, and was a co-founder of a major global digital transformation project at Unilever. She is passionate about the power of and relationship between data, digital technology and the consumer experience, and currently advises major global organisations on their strategies to upskill in that space
