Dan Carrara is a people-driven Enterprise Agile Coach with a rich background spanning over 17 years in Lean & Logistics, Agile Ways of Working, Project and Product Management. His passion for learning is evident in his diverse journey. With a foundation in Computer Science, Dan lectured at universities in Brazil for several years, covering disciplines like Programming, Web development, Artificial Intelligence, and Innovation, showcasing his commitment to nurturing, coaching, and innovative knowledge-sharing.
Starting his career in Logistics and Supply Chain, Dan refined his expertise in Lean principles before transitioning to Software Development. As an Agile Coach, he utilized Lean Hoshin Kanri to elevate his company's strategy and results. Upon relocating to Rio de Janeiro, Dan embraced a new challenge as a Consultant Product Manager. His career in Product Management continued in the UK, spanning diverse fields, including Data Science and Machine Learning. Joining QA marked a shift back to Agile Coaching, Learning in Agile, and fostering the Agile Community. Here, he oversees the QA’s Agile Learning Community.
