Namir joined QA back in 2010, delivering courses in IT and management training. As a learning consultant he has vast knowledge spanning IT systems (computer hardware, operating systems, networking, databases and programming languages), systems analysis and design, modelling (UML & ArchiMate), business change, enterprise and solution architecture and TOGAF, project management (Prince2), agile, DevOPs and scaled agile (SAFe) frameworks, as well as software testing. With excellent presentation, communication and organisational skills and a solid background, he ensures that all clients gain maximum benefit from his courses.
Namir was a senior university lecturer for nearly 10 years, teaching electronics, digital systems, computer hardware and software, during which time he was also a consultant to a number of commercial organisations. In 1997, he joined Parity Training as a senior consultant, delivering a wide range of technical courses, as well as looking after all training resources as the logistics business manager. He later became the IT manager and looked after their data security too.
He has successfully guided those new to the industry through their initial training, helped experienced IT staff as they progress in their careers, and worked at management level advising on best use and practice, as well as adapting and customising courses to fulfill the exact needs of clients.
