QA has today launched its new Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship. The programme – which has been developed by QA’s in-house team of product designers (experts in how people learn with a combination of 35 years’ experience in teaching best practise) – provides apprentices with the theoretical knowledge of how a business operates and develops the confidence to apply those skills practically.

Unlike other apprenticeship programmes on the market, QA’s challenge-based-learning approach provides learners with tasks which they need to use their theoretical knowledge, work placement skills and general life experiences to devise an appropriate solution.

Talking about the programme QA’s Product Manager Vicky Nicholson said, “The workplace is not modular, so why should an Apprenticeship be? We’ve designed a programme to develop a practical and transferable skill set so our apprentices will excel in any organisation”.

As the apprentice progresses through the programme they will develop key skills, allowing them to take on more responsibility within your organisation, helping you reach your business goals.

The Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship provides a solid foundation in Business Administration. Delivered using challenge-based-learning to enable learners to:

  • Explore and develop their knowledge
  • Understand skills, embedding best practice
  • Contextualize theory with the workplace

This is a fantastic programme for anyone who wants to start a business career or someone who wants to move into a more business focused role within their current organisation.

Candidates can join the programme from December 2017, and with multiple locations across England, we’re confident this programme is what your team have been looking for. The apprenticeship runs for 13-15 months and provides the candidate with a Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard Level 3 Qualification.
