Jane Atkinson-Weller

Jane works with organisations across the public and private sectors to design and deliver large-scale learning, adoption and transformation programmes that help people make better use of data and technology in their day-to-day work. 

Her portfolio spans data literacy, data analytics, data engineering, modern workplace technologies and digital productivity. She helps organisations build the skills and confidence needed to adopt new ways of working, from developing foundational data capability through to supporting enterprise-wide technology adoption initiatives. 

Working closely with executive leaders, managers, champions and end users, Jane designs strategies and learning pathways that align workforce capability with organisational goals. Her recent work has focused on helping organisations improve productivity through the effective use of Microsoft 365, data-driven decision-making, and AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
