This Vegas black tie event oozed class and sophistication and brought a little taste of AWS re:Invent to the UK, with the added bonus of raising an amazing £40,000!

QA were thrilled to be mentioned in Gavin Jackson's (MD of Amazon Web Services) welcome speech, as one of AWS's largest partners in the UK, and proud partners in the re:Start programme, a joint collaboration between AWS, QA and The Prince's Trust.

Stuart Martin, MD of QA Consulting and advocate of the re:Start programme, said:

"QA are proud to support the event, fundraising for The Prince's Trust, an extremely worthy cause. The Million Makers Gala Dinner, the first of its kind in the UK, was a great way to kick off the new Academy and we look forward to being involved moving forward."

The Prince's Trust

The Prince's Trust is a charity in the United Kingdom founded in 1976 by Charles, Prince of Wales, to help vulnerable young people get their lives on track. It supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed and those struggling at school and at risk of exclusion.

Million Makers Challenge

Million Makers is an entrepreneurial fundraising challenge which sees teams of employees from companies across the UK competing to raise at least £10,000 or more over a period of six months. The competition is a learning and development tool proven to build essential business skills and motivate your employees. Collectively, teams are aiming to raise £1,000,000 to transform the lives of disadvantaged young people around the country.
