We’re obsessed with growth. Your growth.

Economic conditions are unsteady. Growth is the word on everyone’s lips: how do we get back to economic growth? How do we stop the growth in unemployment?

We know that our growth depends on your growth. And we don’t just mean numbers on a balance sheet. We mean the growth of your workforce, the growth of your peoples’ skillsets and the growth of your organisation’s confidence in the face of a rapidly shifting technological landscape.

Think this is all just words? We’ve been at it for 12 years – here’s what we offer our partners:

1) Your partnership. Your people. Your terms.

We'll be frank: there are others out there who don't practice what they preach. They talk about apprentices in terms of progression and social mobility, but unless you are a big brand name, you aren't on the guest list.

We do things differently.

We know that for many organisations, apprenticeships are an exciting new chapter in their development. But we understand they may be unchartered territory, so let me make one thing clear: if you’re just starting out, we want to work with you. Whether you’re looking for one apprentice or a hundred apprentices, we’re here for you.

We help small teams transform the way they work with just 1 or 2 apprentices, and we help big banks build a whole generation of apprentices. Our strength is built upon working with a diverse set of people and organisations. We adapt our programmes to the needs of our clients, rather than forcing our clients to adapt their working model to a one-size fits all programme.

2) We’ve been through troubled times.

Apprenticeships are a novel concept for many, but we’ve been working in the field for 12 years. Over that period, we’ve trained over 35,000 apprentices - through a pandemic, a recession and rapid technological change.

How did we do it? Apprentices are bold, resilient people who get stuck in, learn on the job and aren’t afraid to take on new challenges. What we did was give them the tools to make an impact, and I believe that’s why taking on apprentices is not a risk in troubled times. It’s a solution.

Don’t just take our word for it: FE News confirmed at the beginning of this year that “Despite economic uncertainty, 75% of businesses are planning to maintain or expand their apprenticeship offer over the next twelve months relative to twelve months ago, compared to 72% in 2021.”

3) We’re with you, and your apprentices, for the whole journey

We’re your partner, and we recognise our role in supporting you across the entire apprenticeships journey. We’re not just providing raw talent: we’re committed to shaping that talent to do what you need it to do.

From making sure that you maximise your apprenticeship levy funding, to building a skills development programme tailored to your organisation’s needs, our goal is not just to match the right talent with the right workforce. Our goal is to nurture that talent and turn potential impact into real results.

So, if you’re looking for a partner that believes in the mission and impact of apprenticeships, come and find out more. Visit our apprenticeships hub for more information on how we can help you.
