Gender pay gap is the percentage difference between hourly average earnings between men and women. Paying people fairly, achieving equal representation across our job levels and reducing our pay gaps where possible are integral parts of our inclusion strategy.

This is our fourth gender pay gap report and this year we've combined our pay data from 2021, 2020 and 2019 to give a holistic overview of our gender pay gap over recent years.
