Cloud Technology Solutions wanted to grow

Cloud Technology Solutions (CTS) are a leading international, Google Cloud Premier Partner, providing unique solutions using Google Cloud.

They merged with Dutch data science and machine learning expert Qlouder in 2018, making them Europe’s largest Google Cloud practice. They wanted to grow their team in the UK, so they wouldn’t have to depend on contractors for niche digital skills.

Upping their cloud capability – fast

We worked with them to build a QA Talent programme that would give them 12 certified GCP data engineers.

They chose to grow their team using our Accelerate solution, where we recruited, trained and onboarded talented tech specialists for them. It was important that we found the right people to join CTS – and gave them the right skills.

We took care of it all

We took care of recruitment – which included running campaigns to attract the right people, and assessing and selecting candidates. As well as delivering all their technical training – so they had the right skills as soon as they started work.

We designed 12 weeks of bespoke Google Cloud training. 12 graduates attended our residential programme. They worked onsite at CTS as their permanent employees.

And we present… 12 certified GCP data engineers

As a result of working together, CTS grew their cloud capability in the UK quickly. Now they’re able to retain knowledge, skills and experience, which wasn’t possible when using contractors.

They were impressed with the GCP Engineers that joined them – who exceeded their expectations.
