Oracle

In order to facilitate your Oracle booking QA will share your name and company name (that which we have registered for you on our business systems) with Oracle. These details are required by Oracle to ensure that they are compliant with the GDPR regulations, and that they keep accurate records on data processors / holders.

Please note that these details are held by Oracle outside of the EU. If you have an existing Oracle online account, Oracle should already hold this information. Should you have any questions or concerns about this please contact your QA account manager.

Red Hat

In order to facilitate your Red Hat booking QA will share your name and company name (that which we have registered for you on our business systems) with Red Hat. These details are required by Red Hat to ensure that they are compliant with the GDPR regulations, that they keep accurate records on data processors / holders and for business analytics.

Please note that these details are held by Red Hat outside of the EU. In order to book any Red Hat training you need to have an RHNID. To obtain this, you will need to have registered directly with Red Hat which means they will already hold the information we are sharing. Salesforce

In order to facilitate your Salesforce booking QA will share your name, email address and company name (that which we have registered for you on our business systems) with Salesforce. These details are required by Salesforce to ensure that they are compliant with the GDPR regulations, and that they keep accurate records on data processors / holders.

Please note that these details are held by Salesforce outside of the EU. If you have an existing Salesforce or Trailhead online account, Salesforce should already hold this information. Should you have any questions or concerns about this please contact your QA account manager.

VMware

In order to facilitate your VMware e-courseware provision QA will share your name and email address (that which we have registered for you on our business systems) with VMware. VMware will then send you directly the details of your e-courseware access no less than 48 hours before your course is due to take place. VMware will not use these details for any other purpose than provisioning you with your e-courseware.

Please note that these details are held by VMware outside of the EU. If you have an existing VMware MyLearn account it is imperative that you notify QA of the email address you have registered to this account.
