Let’s make it work for you
Overview
Stakeholder work is where complex decisions either stick or unravel. Networked outcomes, reputational exposure and strained trust raise the stakes for legitimacy, fairness, clear boundaries and credible follow-through. In this 3-hour mastery workshop, participants bring live stakeholder challenges and work through a roundtable scenario with escalating scrutiny. The session focuses on prioritizing trade-offs, clarifying influence and expectations, repairing trust quickly when confidence dips, and landing decisions that hold in real work, strengthened through peer challenge. Participants leave with straightforward mechanisms that keep stakeholder practice clear and consistent in daily work, strengthening alignment, trust and delivery confidence.
