Globally recognised PRINCE2 Programme Management (formerly MSP 5th Edition) is the go-to certification and guidance for programme managers, business change managers and the next step for project managers. It addresses the most common challenges organizations encounter when leading investments in change through strategic / large programmes with multiple related projects. The framework aligns programmes and projects to organizational strategy, provides strong governance, and focuses on the outcomes of benefit whilst mitigating risks and actively engaging stakeholders.
The framework consists of a set of principles, themes and processes that provide a clear roadmap for the programme lifecycle and ensure successful organizational outcomes and can be used in conjunction with all the other best-practice products (such as PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Portfolio Management) and international or internal organizational standards.
This course is accredited by PeopleCert and includes both Foundation and Practitioner examinations and the official PRINCE2 Programme Management manual.
In this Blended Learning course, learners will have access to both digital and live learning to provide the best possible preparation to pass the Foundation and Practitioner examinations. The foundation level eLearning consists of 10-12 hours of interactive, device-friendly content designed around the official syllabus and includes sample exam questions, quizzes, and videos enabling you to study at your own pace. The official manual will require some 8-10 hours individual study which should all be completed before attending the live event.
The 3-day virtual Live Event focuses on deepening learners’ understanding of the key topics and feedback sessions on exam craft, specifically tailored to MSP exam-style questions. Day 1 of the Live event will focus on the Foundation content and conclude with the Foundation exam. Days 2 and 3 will delve deeper into the Practitioner-level content, focusing on how to apply the principles explored at Foundation as well as covering Practitioner exam techniques to enable learners to confidently progress on to the Practitioner exam.
