Let’s make it work for you
Overview
As organisations increasingly turn to remote work and employees collaborate as dispersed teams, it’s even more essential that teams, their members and leaders receive the tools they need to strengthen communication, productivity and engagement.
This highly participative workshop facilitates increased understanding through personal knowledge of how thinking and behavior affect the work environment - including team effectiveness, communication and orientation to change.
Utilising the scientifically-developed and robust Emergenetics® personality questionnaire and model, teams learn to leverage their strengths and manage their challenges, developing greater awareness of what each member brings to the table. Teams discover how to communicate and work more effectively by harnessing diverse perspectives.

Companies around the world have used Emergenetics®: Meeting of the Minds for Teams to experience a multifaceted approach for building knowledge, fostering understanding and bolstering organizational capacity.
