Overview

This three-hour workshop expands on the fundamentals of analytical thinking, focusing on more complex and data-intensive problem-solving. Participants will explore advanced frameworks, data interpretation techniques, and collaborative approaches to address organisational challenges. Rather than adopting one-size-fits-all tools, learners will research and evaluate methods to identify those most relevant to their specific needs. Real-world scenarios such as managing collaboration across teams, identifying and mitigating data bias, and avoiding analysis paralysis are addressed in depth to build practical and adaptable skills.
