Let’s make it work for you
Overview
Coaching is no longer a nice-to-have skill. In fast-moving workplaces, teams need space to think clearly, take ownership, and act with confidence. When conversations default to advice-giving and problem-solving, organisations risk creating dependency, reducing accountability, and missing opportunities to develop capability.
This highly practical two-day workshop builds the skills needed to coach with clarity, judgement, and impact. Learners practice listening, questioning, contracting, reframing, and action planning through realistic workplace scenarios. They also explore boundaries, readiness, ethics, and when coaching is not the right response. Through practical activities, peer exchange, feedback, and toolkit development, learners leave with the confidence and tools to hold more effective coaching conversations that strengthen performance, support development, and deliver better results.
