Entry requirements
Standard entry requirements
QA offers flexible entry routes to support diverse learners. Typical entry includes Level 3 qualifications (e.g. A Levels) or 2-3 years of relevant experience, with final critera set by employers.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Learners with 4+ years of project experience and practitioner certification fast-track to Level 5 for accelerated degree progression.
Learner journey
The programme integrates live and online workshops with self-paced learning, employing a guided discovery approach for individual learner contexts.
Learners are assigned a Digital Learning Consultant (DLC) for personalised coaching and support. These specialists ensure their successful progress, wellbeing, and readiness for assessments.

Learners begin with the foundational Project Manager Level 4 apprenticeship to elevate capabilities

Funding
There is no cost to you as an apprentice. Apprenticeships are fully funded through your employer.
If you are an employer, the maximum funding for this programme is £24,900 (L4 – 6) or £17,900 (L5 – 6). Expenses for travel to QA centres should be covered by the employer.
