QA announces that from 1 June 2021 every learner joining QA’s IT and Digital tech apprenticeships in Scotland will benefit from access to an extensive library of tech skills resources via our digital learning platform Cloud Academy. Offering thousands of hours of content covering best practice, ways of working and tech know-how, Cloud Academy will allow apprentices to develop additional subject matter knowledge and skills in the areas that are particularly relevant to their roles.

“I am delighted to announce this further enhancement to QA’s IT apprenticeship programmes in Scotland. Over the last 10 years, we have continued to push the boundary on the quality of tech apprenticeships that we offer in Scotland, launching the careers of thousands of young people. This addition complements all of the great instructor-led training, self-guided learning and mentoring that QA apprentices already benefit from.”

Learners on a wide range of IT apprenticeships including Cyber, Software and Data Analytics will benefit from unlimited access to QA’s digital learning platform Cloud Academy throughout the duration of their apprenticeship. Apprenticeship programmes available with QA include:
