Overview
This session provides an overview of the Level 4 Associate Project Manager programme and how it helps learners build core project management capability. You’ll gain insight into how participants develop practical skills in planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, as well as how digital and AI tools can be used to support delivery and improve efficiency
As part of the programme, learners also have the opportunity to work towards an industry-recognised qualification, such as PRINCE2® Foundation or the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ), which is fully funded.
Designed for colleagues in government and the public sector who support project delivery or work closely with project teams, this session is ideal for those looking to strengthen their project management skills and build confidence in their role. It is also relevant for line managers and learning teams responsible for wider workforce capability planning.
