Outline – Instructor Led Live Webinar
This 60-minute session explores why data matters to AI and what that means for everyone at work. No technical knowledge is needed.
We begin by explaining how AI uses data, from learning patterns to drawing on the information we provide in everyday tasks.
We then look at how incomplete, outdated or biased data can affect AI results, using familiar workplace examples.
Participants will see why a convincing answer still needs checking, and learn which questions to ask about the information behind it.
Next we explore responsible data use, including privacy, ownership and the rules that guide what we share with AI tools.
The session closes with simple checks to use at work and next steps for building confidence through data literacy, data ethics and AI learning.
