Let’s make it work for you

Overview

The Data Centre Design Awareness course provides a comprehensive introduction to how modern data centres are planned, designed, constructed, and operated. Learners will explore the full lifecycle of a data centre facility, from business justification and site selection through to commissioning, handover, and operational optimisation.

This course develops awareness across the major subsystems within a data centre environment, including architectural design, cooling infrastructure, electrical systems, IT and network architecture, fire protection, security, and building management systems. Learners will gain practical insight into how multidisciplinary teams collaborate to support resilient, scalable, and efficient digital infrastructure.

Designed for professionals across technical, operational, and commercial functions, this course supports onboarding, career development, cross-functional training, career transitions, and sales enablement within the data centre industry.
