Andy is an experienced people leader and software developer with 18 years in education. From training Microsoft engineers to leading colleges, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience with improving the skills of learners as young as 11. Andy has been a leader in the development of new software qualifications, working closely with the DfE to create the T-Level in software development.
He specialises in Web Development training across multiple frameworks, focusing on Python in Flask and Django, JavaScript in ReactJS and leads the Web development pathway for the company. He designs custom pathway customer training programs and workshops, specialising in researching and creating brand new courses for delivery.
