Dr. Daniel Shore has a PhD in workplace psychology, specialising in supporting security leaders and multi-team systems that operate in high-pressure environments.

His work sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, organisational psychology, and human performance.

He focuses on strengthening individual and organisational resilience – equipping security leaders to reduce stress and burnout while improving communication, collaboration, decision-making, problem-solving, and risk posture. His approach is grounded in research and built on the principle that leadership and teamwork are trainable capabilities.
