Please note: This VMware Legacy Certification will go End-of Life per the 15th of December 2025. Please be aware that customers who would like to take one of the VMware legacy exams before the 15th of December, need to register for the exam before the 31st of October.

The VMware Certified Advanced Professional - Data Center Virtualization Design 2024 (VCAP-DCV Design 2024) certification validates an individual's advanced skills in designing vSphere solutions, including compute, storage, networking and security, as well as capacity planning and disaster recovery. Job-roles associated with this certification include Data Center Virtualization architects, and consultants.
