Biography

Since joining QA in 2021, Suzanne has worked in the Leadership and Business team and previously the Apprenticeship team as a Leadership & Management Tutor. Her 14-year tenure as a training manager involved overseeing all aspects of training delivery and creating training materials. She also managed government-funded programmes which enhanced her own leadership skills. Additionally, she served as a learning delivery officer for DWP, helping to train 15,000 new work coaches during the pandemic and has held a number of Leadership and Management tutor roles supporting organisations across a range of sectors.

Suzanne holds a Certificate in Education from Sunderland University and has qualifications in assessment, internal verification, and psychometrics, including Emergenetics and SDI2.0®.
