Welbeing, learner support & safeguarding

Here at QA we want everyone to feel safe, welcome and supported. Safeguarding is a big part of life at QA – but what even is safeguarding? It is a fancy word for something simple. If something is worrying you, (even just a little), we’re here to help.

You can come to us with big stuff, small stuff and anything in between. If you're worried about your course, if you are struggling in any way, if you are being bullied or pressured, or you feel someone else is, come and talk. If it’s bothering you, it’s worth talking to us about.

The Safeguarding Self-Referral Form allows you to raise a concern. We would much rather you say something than stay silent

Learner Support

We have an impressive track record for helping all our learners to reach their potential.  If you feel you need support in your learning – don’t hesitate – we are here to help you and want to make sure you succeed. Every year hundreds of apprentices ask us for help. It's easy, just email specialist.learningteam@qa.com or submit a self-referral form.

All learners have free access to all the sessions which are listed in our Wellbeing Calendar as well as our QA Apprenticeships Neurodiversity Network.
