Victoria has been working with government departments and financial service clients on apprenticeships and other pre-employment programmes for over 7 years. Her work has had a focus on driving social mobility, and helping departments to make their apprenticeships and other opportunities more inclusive. Prior to government apprenticeships, she worked with local authorities to improve the employability of their care leavers so she is proud to work for a provider that champions diversity and social change.
Having worked for two government departments herself (she started her career over 20 years ago with HMRC when it was the Inland Revenue!), where she had a fantastic experience working at both and made life-long friends, she is passionate about Civil Service careers and supporting the departments to meet their strategic objectives around skills, apprenticeships and driving social mobility.
She primarily works with the fiscal and trade departments such as HMRC, BEIS, HM Treasury and Department for International Trade, but she invites anyone to contact her to arrange a chat and see how we at QA can support you!
