Vicky’s passion for learning and development began at the very first point in her career, when she completed an engineering apprenticeship with BT, “this had a profound impact on me, it inspired me to dedicate my career to promoting, developing, and designing workplace learning and apprenticeships. What’s inspiring for me is to be part of a sector that has evolved to suit the needs of the economy”
Vicky has worked across public and private sectors in project management, product development and learning roles spanning; training delivery, coaching, assessment, quality assurance, programme development and curriculum management.
In her current role, she works nationally with professional learners, apprentices, employers, and delivery to understand the value ongoing workplace learning has, and will continue to have, not just in the short term but for the sustainable future of work-based learning.
