Biography

Throughout his career, Tony has supported organisations in improving how they operate, develop products and services, and deliver value. His experience spans the full lifecycle of projects, products and programmes, from shaping initial ideas and defining strategic direction through to implementation, operational adoption and continuous improvement.

Tony brings together practical industry experience, consulting expertise and a strong understanding of how people and organisations learn and change. He has worked with individuals, teams and senior leaders to develop capabilities, introduce new ways of working, improve collaboration and create environments that support sustainable performance.

As a Senior Learning Design Consultant, Tony specialises in designing and developing learning solutions that translate complex concepts into practical, relevant experiences. His work includes accredited qualifications, bespoke learning programmes, capability development pathways and facilitated workshops, supporting organisations at different stages of their transformation journeys.

His areas of expertise include Agile frameworks and methods, Lean thinking, product management and product operating models, scaled Agile approaches, leadership development and organisational change. Tony is particularly interested in helping organisations move beyond adopting frameworks and processes to developing the thinking, behaviours and capabilities needed to deliver meaningful outcomes.
