As a Senior Learning Specialist for the Training Accreditation Programme (TAP®) team, Rob is responsible for delivering a range of TAP® courses, including Training Delivery Skills, Facilitation, Coaching and Agile L&D.
He has more than 25 years’ experience of training and coaching in the UK and Europe, as well as having spent five years in the Middle East oil and gas sector. He also has operational working experience in Russia.
Rob holds qualifications in PRINCE2, Agile and Business Analysis, and is a certified ScrumMaster and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He is also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Trainer, and has several years’ military instructional experience.
He has a pragmatic and passionate delivery style, drawing on experience from his varied industry background to bring a real-world application approach to course content.
