Jay is a Learning Specialist at QA overseeing the Product Discovery and Design portfolio, specialising in Business Analysis. She works with clients to design and deliver a wide range of development pathways, aimed at upskilling and reskilling their people, for the purposes of delivering effective change.

Jay has been with QA since 2018, initially joining as a BA trainer. She began her career in the public sector, as a Graduate Business Analyst, later moving into the role of Business Improvement Consultant in the telecoms industry, working across various areas to deliver change. Jay works closely with QA’s accrediting partners to ensure course content, syllabi and exams are relevant and apt.

Jay holds a range of professional accreditations including the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis and IIBA ECBA, Agile qualifications including AgileBA and AgilePM, as well as PPM qualifications including Prince2.
