Accessing your Apprenticeship Certificate

You can now access and download your apprenticeship certificate through a new digital certificate service.

This change means you will no longer need to receive a physical certificate by post as part of the certification process. You will access your certificates directly through the digital service once they become available.

How the new service will work

Once an apprenticeship has been successfully completed and a certificate is available, you will be able to:

• sign in to the digital certificate service
• verify their identity using information including their Unique Learner Number (ULN) and other security questions
• view and download their apprenticeship certificate
• securely share a verification link with employers and other third parties to confirm their achievement

What are the benefits?

The new digital-first approach will:

• ensure you can access their certificate directly through a secure online service
• provide you with immediate access to your certificate once it becomes available
• provide a secure way for you to share proof of achievement with employers and third parties
• reduce reliance on printed certificates and postal delivery
