Overview

AgilePM v3 builds on the heritage of v2 to improve clarity and adaptability while preserving the proven structure of AgilePM. It also strengthens guidance for scaled delivery and continuous realization of value, essential in fast-paced environments. The sphere of business agility has changed significantly since v2 and AgilePM v3 has adapted accordingly. AgilePM v3 resolves long-standing role clashes (like Product Owner vs. Business Ambassador) and updates terminology (e.g., “Work Products” are now “Project Artifacts”).

Prerequisites

Participants should have:

  • Hold v2 of AgilePM Foundation or Practitioner certification
  • Have knowledge and understanding of Scrum

Understanding Scrum is important because AgilePM v3 integrates Scrum at the product development level. A foundational knowledge of Scrum roles, events, and artifacts will significantly enhance the learners comprehension of AgilePM’s blended project framework.
