Discovery gives you a small bundle of skills insights, hands-on Labs and introductory lessons so you can understand current skill capability levels. Portfolio plans provide full access to content, assessments and tools for a specific capability area.
Do I need the Discovery plan before choosing a portfolio?
No, you can start with any plan. Discovery simply helps you assess skills if you’re not sure where to begin.
How do Portfolio plans work?
Each portfolio gives you full access to all content, assessments and tools for that capability area – for example AI, Cloud, Marketing, or Leadership & Business Change.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade your portfolio or move into an Enterprise plan as your needs evolve.
How often is new content added to the library?
New content is added and refreshed every month by our dedicated subject matter experts, so you’re always staying up to date with the latest skills and technology.
Do ILT/VILT learners get access to the platform?
Yes. Anyone attending a QA instructor-led or virtual instructor-led course gets access to the Discovery plan at no extra cost, giving you skills insight and digital learning alongside live training.
Can I purchase a Portfolio plan without taking an ILT course?
Yes. Portfolio plans can be purchased both independently and alongside instructor-led courses.
Are Blended Learning Experience courses included in plans?
No. Blended Learning Experience courses are not included. They can be purchased independently or alongside any plan.
