Biography

Michael Easson is a seasoned Agile learning consultant, coach, and speaker with over a decade of experience in Agile transformation, instructional design, and leadership development. At QA Ltd, he leads the design and delivery of innovative learning programs, having facilitated more than 300 workshops across sectors including government, financial services, and technology.

Michael is known for his engaging, human-centered approach to learning—focusing on real-world challenges, hands-on application, and fostering cultures of collaboration and curiosity. His work increasingly bridges the gap between technology and agility, with a growing specialism in the integration of AI tools into Agile coaching and delivery practices.

He has designed enterprise learning strategies, supported digital transformation initiatives, and coached executives to lead with agility in uncertain environments. He also brings deep experience in helping organizations adopt and scale Agile ways of working through custom training, experiential learning, and capability-building.
